Turn the ignition switch ON.

Turn the cruise main switch ON

With the brake pedal depressed, set the cruise control main switch to RES/ACC 3 times within 3 seconds. Check that the VSC buzzer
sounds at this time.

Turn the ignition switch OFF.

Turn the ignition switch ON.

G.

Connect TIS Techstream to the DLC3.

H.

Select Radar Cruise.

Go the Data List and confirm that the"L/C Option Flag" says "YES". If "NO" is displayed, complete procedure again.

Adjust Radar Cruise (Millimeter Wave) Sensor.

Tips for aiming radar cruise:

Perform aiming procedure in an open parking lot

If possible, use a parking lot with straight paint stripes

^

Park the car with the front to rear center line of the car on one of the stripes

^

Position the reflector 16.4 feet in front of the sensor.

After repair, confirm proper operation of the cruise control functions.

9. Initialize power systems (windows, moonroof, etc.) Refer to appropriate service bulletin.
