1. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER SUBASSEMBLY

(a)

Using SST, disconnect the brake stroke simulator tube from the brake stroke simulator cylinder.
SST 09023-00101

(b) Remove the 2 nuts, 2 brake master cylinder gaskets, brake master cylinder bracket and brake stroke simulator bracket.

2. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a)

Remove the screw and brake master cylinder reservoir.

(b) Remove the 2 master cylinder reservoir grommets.

3. REMOVE MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS

(a)

Remove the push rod clevis and lock nut.

4. REMOVE BRAKE STROKE SIMULATOR CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a)

Disconnect the connector from the brake stroke simulator bracket.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and the brake stroke simulator cylinder from the brake stroke simulator bracket.
