(a)

Remove the parking brake return with damper spring.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the No. 2 and No. 3 parking brake cables from the parking brake equalizer.

(c)

Slide the rubber boot as shown in the illustration.

(d) Remove the parking brake equalizer from the No. 1 parking brake cable.
(e)

Remove the 2 bolts and 3 nuts, and disconnect the No. 1 parking brake cable from the body.
