a. Install a new gasket and the fuel pulsation damper to the fuel pump.

Torque:
35 N.m (367 kgf.cm, 26 ft.lbf) for use with SST

40 N.m (408 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf) for use without SST

SST 09612-24014 (09617-24011)

HINT:
-

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).

Make sure SST and wrench are connected in a straight line.

11. INSTALL WATER HOSE JOINT

a. Install the water hose joint with the bolt.

Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf.cm, 7 ft.lbf)

12. INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD

a. Install a new gasket and the intake manifold with the 4 bolts and 4 nuts.

Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf)
