(d) Check the illumination of the seat heater switch.

(1) Apply battery voltage and check operation of the switch as shown in the table below.

Standard:

(2) If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.

2. INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH (w/o Climate Control Seat System)

(a) Remove the seat heater switch    See: Service and Repair/Removal.

(b) Check operation of the seat heater switch.

(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

(2) If the result is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.

(c) Check operation of the seat heater switch indicator.

(1) Apply battery voltage and check operation of the switch as shown in the table below.
