Auxiliary Water Pump: Service and Repair
Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: HEATER WATER PUMP: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEATER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the heater water pump assembly with the 2 nuts.

Torque : 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.

(c) Install the 2 heater water hoses with the 2 clips.

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE   See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Installation

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Installation

4. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)   See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Cooling System

5. INSPECT RESERVOIR TANK ENGINE COOLANT LEVEL (for Engine)   See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General
