Cabin Air Filter: Service and Repair
Removal

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: PLASMACLUSTER: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the upper instrument panel assembly    See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Instrument Panel/Removal.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

Panel/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Disassembly

3. REMOVE PLASMACLUSTER WITH BRACKET

(a) Disengage the clamp.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and plasmacluster with bracket.

4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING WIRE

(a) Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 1 air conditioning wire.

5. REMOVE PLASMACLUSTER

(a) Remove the 2 screws and plasmacluster from the 2 brackets.
