Removal

LIGHTING (INT): PERSONAL LIGHT: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/o Automatic High Beam System)   See: Body and

Frame/Mirrors/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Inner Rear View Mirror/Removal

2. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/ Automatic High Beam System)   See: Body and Frame/Mirrors/Service

and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Inner Rear View Mirror/Removal

3. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR COVER (w/ Rain Sensor)   See: Sensors and Switches/Sensors and Switches - Wiper and Washer Systems/Rain

4. REMOVE FRONT ROOF TOP GARNISH (w/o Lane Keeping Assist System)   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service

and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT ROOF TOP GARNISH (w/ Lane Keeping Assist System)   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service

and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Removal

6. REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(a) w/ Holder:

(1) Open the holder.

(2) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 2 claws.

(3) Rotate the 2 caps as shown in the illustration until the screws are visible.

(b) w/o Holder:

(1) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the cover.

(c) Remove the 2 screws.
