Headlamp Alignment Control Module: Service and Repair
Installation

LIGHTING (EXT): AFS ECU: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AFS ECU

(a) Engage the guide.

(b) Install the AFS ECU with the nut.

(c) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the upper instrument panel assembly    See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Instrument Panel/Installation.

3. HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SIGNAL INITIALIZATION

   See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Exterior Lighting System/Initialization

4. PREPARE VEHICLE FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT   See: Adjustments/Headlight Assembly (for LED Headlight)

5. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a headlight aim test machine)   See: Adjustments/Headlight Assembly (for LED Headlight)

6. PREPARE FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING (Using a screen)   See: Adjustments/Headlight Assembly (for LED Headlight)

7. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING   See: Adjustments/Headlight Assembly (for LED Headlight)

8. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING   See: Adjustments/Headlight Assembly (for LED Headlight)
