Tire Pressure Warning Reset Switch: Service and Repair
Removal
TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING: TIRE PRESSURE WARNING RESET SWITCH: REMOVAL
1. PRECAUTION (w/ Navigation System)
NOTICE:
After the power switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of
memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch off, make sure to wait at least 60 seconds before disconnecting the
cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
(a) Open the front luggage compartment trim cover and disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
3. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /
Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Upper Instrument Panel/Removal
4. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING RESET SWITCH
(a) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the tire pressure warning reset switch from the No. 2 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.
