Applicability

Introduction

Some 2010 HS25Oh vehicles may exhibit a creak type noise coming from the door switch base while opening and closing the front doors. This condition
is caused by insufficient felt on the door switch mounting retainers. The following procedure has been developed to correct this condition.

This TSIB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VIN shown.

Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.
