Installation

THEFT DETERRENT / KEYLESS ENTRY: ENTRY LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Insert the front end of the front door outside handle assembly into the front door outside handle frame.

(b) Insert the rear end of the front door outside handle assembly into the front door outside handle frame. Next, slide the front door outside handle

assembly towards the front of the vehicle to install it.

(c) Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, install the front door outside handle assembly with the screw.

Torque : 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)

(d) Connect the connector.

5. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER

(a) Install the front door service hole cover    See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly.

(b) Connect the door side airbag sensor connector.

6. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM COVER   See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and Repair/Reassembly

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Service and
