Installation

FRONT SUSPENSION: FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL POWER STEERING LINK ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the power steering link assembly and 2 front suspension member brace plate with the 2 bolts, 2 washers and 2 nuts.

Torque : 118 Nm (1203 kgf-cm, 87 ft-lbf)

HINT
Install the power steering link assembly and front suspension member brace plate together with the front lower suspension arm
assembly.

2. INSTALL FRONT LOWER SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the front lower suspension arm assembly LH with the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and 2 washers.

Bolt B - Torque : 86 Nm (877 kgf-cm, 63 ft-lbf)

HINT
Install the power steering link assembly and front suspension member brace plate together with the front lower suspension arm
assembly.

(b) Set the front lower suspension arm in the horizontal position shown in the illustration.

(c) Fully tighten bolt A.

Bolt A - Torque : 135 Nm (1377 kgf-cm, 100 ft-lbf)
