Installation

SLIDING ROOF / CONVERTIBLE: REMOVABLE ROOF AUXILIARY CATCH: INSTALLATION

1. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REMOVABLE ROOF AUXILIARY CATCH ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, temporarily install the removable roof auxiliary catch assembly LH with the 3 screws.

(b) Engage the clamp.

(c) Connect the connector.

2. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REMOVABLE ROOF AUXILIARY CATCH ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

3. SET METAL TOP ROOF

(a) Close the metal top roof.

(b) Measure the clearance between the front header and front slide roof panel sub-assembly (A) and then make the adjustment for the lengthwise

direction.

4. FULLY TIGHTEN REMOVABLE ROOF AUXILIARY CATCH ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Check whether the removable roof auxiliary catch assembly LH contacts the guide pin of the removable roof lock sub-assembly at the shaded

contact points shown in the illustration.
