Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair
Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: FRONT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR

(a) Install the No. 1 cooler thermistor.

NOTICE:
*

Be sure to insert the thermistor only once because reinserting it into the same position will not allow it to be firmly secured.

*

After inserting the thermistor, do not apply excessive force to the wire.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

3. INSTALL HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

4. INSTALL AIR OUTLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

5. INSTALL AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for LH Side)   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

6. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS ASSEMBLY   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

7. INSTALL COOLER EXPANSION VALVE   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

8. INSTALL AIR MIX CONTROL SERVO MOTOR (for RH Side)   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

9. INSTALL COOL AIR BY-PASS CONTROL SERVO MOTOR   See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

10. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY   See: Blower Motor/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Blower Unit/Installation

11. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY   See: Control Module HVAC/Service and Repair/Installation
