Door Switch: Service and Repair
Installation

LIGHTING (INT): FRONT DOOR COURTESY SWITCH: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT DOOR COURTESY SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Using "TORX" socket wrench T30, install the front door courtesy switch assembly with the "TORX" bolt.

Torque : 6.4 Nm (65 kgf-cm, 57 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)   See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat Outer Belt Assembly/Installation

3. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)   See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat Outer Belt Assembly/Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)   See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat Outer Belt Assembly/Installation

5. CONNECT FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)   See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Front Seat Outer Belt Assembly/Installation

6. INSTALL LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER   See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Front Seat Outer Belt Assembly/Installation

7. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Roof Headlining (for Front Side)/Installation

8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY WITH REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat Assembly/Installation

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH   See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat
