Seat Belt Control Module: Service and Repair
Removal

PRE-COLLISION: SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU: REMOVAL

1. OPEN METAL TOP ROOF

(a) Open the metal top roof as shown in the illustration.

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH   See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat

4. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM GARNISH LH   See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat

5. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM GARNISH RH   See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat

6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY WITH REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY   See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat Assembly/Removal

7. REMOVE SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU

(a) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts and seat belt control ECU.
