(b) Temporarily install the rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly to the rear axle assembly with the bolt (A) and nut.

NOTICE:
Turn the bolt while holding the nut.

(c) Temporarily install the stabilizer link assembly and the height control sensor link bracket to the rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly with the

bolt and nut (C).

HINT
There are only the height control sensor link bracket on vehicles with the HID headlight system.

(d) Temporarily install the rear shock absorber with coil spring with the bolt (B) and nut.

NOTICE:
Turn the bolt while holding the nut.

2. TEMPORARILY TIGHTEN REAR NO. 1 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a jack and wooden block, jack up the rear axle assembly to replicate standard vehicle height conditions.

(b) Temporarily tighten the rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

NOTICE:
Turn the bolts while holding the nuts.

3. STABILIZE SUSPENSION   See: Suspension Strut / Shock Absorber/Service and Repair/Rear Shock Absorber/Installation

4. FULLY TIGHTEN REAR NO. 2 SUSPENSION ARM ASSEMBLY

(a) Fully tighten the bolt (A).

Torque : 161 Nm (1642 kgf-cm, 119 ft-lbf)

NOTICE:

Turn the bolt while holding the nut.

The final torque must be applied under standard vehicle height conditions.
