Repair Procedure

1. Remove the seat assembly.

Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model and model year Repair Manual:

CAUTION

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seat adjuster and seat cushion frame may injure your hands.

NOTICE

If the occupant classification ECU has been dropped, or there are any cracks, dents or other defects in the case or connector, replace it with a new
one.

HINT

Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

2. Remove the seat cushion climate controller.

A. Remove the three bolts holding the climate controller.
