11. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CENTER BRACE

(a)

Remove the 4 bolts and brace.

12. DISCONNECT HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Sensor 2)

(a)

Disconnect the 2 grommets from the floor panel.

(b) Using SST, loosen the 2 sensors, and then disconnect the sensor by hand.

NOTICE:  Do not strike the metal part of the sensor.

13. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

(a)

Temporarily loosen the 8 bolts on the tailpipe and manifold sides.

(b) Remove the 4 nuts and 4 bolts from the exhaust manifold LH and RH side.
(c)

Remove the 4 bolts from the tailpipe LH and RH side. Then remove the front exhaust pipe.

(d) Remove the 2 gaskets from the exhaust manifold side and the 2 gaskets from the tailpipe side.

14. REMOVE TAILPIPE LH

(a)

Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports to remove the tailpipe.

15. REMOVE TAILPIPE RH

(a)

Disconnect the 3 exhaust pipe supports to remove the tailpipe.
