Compressor oil: ND-OIL8 or equivalent
b. Install the 2 O-rings on the evaporator.
c. Install the 2 O-rings on the A/C tube.
d. Install the expansion valve and A/C tube to the evaporator.
e. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the A/C tube with the 2 hexagon bolts.
Torque: 3.5 N.m (35 kgf.cm, 30 in.lbf)
3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY
NOTE: If reusing the evaporator, do not insert the sensor into a location where the sensor was previously inserted. Insert the sensor within range
C shown in the illustration.
a. Install the sensor as shown in the illustration.
b. Attach the clamp.
