Applicability

Introduction

Some 2007 - 2009 model year LS 460/460L and 2008 - 2009 model year LS 600h vehicles may exhibit an SRS light "ON" condition with DTC B1861
and/or B1866. Use the following repair procedure to address this concern.

TSB Overview

After confirming the vehicle condition matches this bulletin, this TSIB will direct you to replace the instrument panel wire harness. In order to do this, it
is necessary to first remove several major components, such as the upper instrument panel, steering column, instrument panel reinforcement assembly,
and the air conditioning unit. This bulletin provides detailed instructions on the removal and installation of these components.

Production Change Information

This TSIB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

Warranty Information

APPLICABLE WARRANTY

^ This repair is covered under the Lexus Restraint Systems Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 72 months or 70,000 miles, whichever occurs first,

from the vehicle's in-service date.

^ Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.
