Introduction

In some vehicles, when customers contact the Lexus Link call center to enroll their vehicle for Lexus Link service, the call center is unable to activate the
Lexus Link system. A revised Lexus Link ECU is available to address this condition.

Applicable Warranty*:
This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from
the vehicle's in-service date.
