3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a)

Remove the 2 clips and air cleaner inlet cover.

4. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH

5. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM ECU COVER

NOTICE:

Wipe off any water on or around the engine room ECU cover.

Perform these procedures in a dry place away from rain, etc.

Do not allow water to enter the ECM through its connector areas, screw areas, etc.

(a)

Remove the 3 bolts and engine room ECU cover.

6. REMOVE TCM

(a)

Disconnect the 4 connectors.

(b) Remove the 2 nuts and TCM.

INSTALLATION 

1. INSTALL TCM

(a)

Install the TCM with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf) 

(b) Connect the 4 connectors.
