a. Remove the butyl tape and packing from the A/C tube.

b. Remove the 6 screws.
c. Detach the 3 claws and remove the front cooling unit case.
d. Remove the evaporator.

24. REMOVE FRONT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

a. Detach the clamp and remove the sensor.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

NOTE:  If reusing the evaporator, do not insert the sensor into a location where the sensor was previously inserted. Insert the sensor within range
C shown in the illustration.
