Emergency Battery: Service and Repair
Installation

CELLULAR COMMUNICATION: MAYDAY BATTERY: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL LOWER BRACKET

(a) Install the bracket with the 2 nuts.
(b) Connect the clamp.

2. INSTALL MAYDAY BATTERY

(a) Install the battery with the upper bracket and nut.
(b) Connect the connector.

14. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (W/ Rear Cooler) See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Air

Conditioning Unit (for Rear Side)/Installation

15. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
16. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Installation
17. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
