Radiator Cooling Fan Control Module: Service and Repair
Installation

1UR-FSE COOLING: COOLING FAN ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN ECU

(a) Install the ECU with the 2 screws.

Torque: 2.6 Nm (27 kgf-cm, 23 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the 3 connectors.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and

Repair/Installation

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle

Body/Service and Repair/Installation

4. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and

Repair/Installation

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Installation
7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
