(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hose joint.

Compressor oil:
ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

(b) Install the 2 O-rings to the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.
(c) Install the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A to the expansion valve.
(d) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the 2 hexagon bolts.

Torque: 3.5 Nm (35 kgf-cm, 30 in-lbf)

(e) Install the plate with the screw.
(f) Install new packing and butyl tape as shown in the illustration.

3. INSTALL REAR COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear cooling unit See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Air Conditioning Unit (for Rear Side)/Installation.
