(a) Remove the butyl tape and packing from the A/C tube.
(b) Remove the 6 screws.
(c) Detach the 3 claws and remove the front cooling unit case.
(d) Remove the evaporator.
24. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Detach the clamp and remove the thermistor.
25. REMOVE NO. 1 EXPANSION VALVE
(a) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and A/C tube.
(b) Remove the 2 O-rings from the A/C tube.
(c) Remove the cooler expansion valve from the evaporator.
