OTHER SYSTEM: CIGARETTE LIGHTER (for Front Side): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Removal
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE:
After the engine switch is turned off, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and
settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery
terminal.

4. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal
5. REMOVE NO. 3 BOX PANEL See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal
6. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal
7. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE PANEL UPPER See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal
8. REMOVE CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and Repair/Removal
9. REMOVE CIGARETTE LIGHTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the cigarette lighter knob and element.

(b) Detach the clamp and disconnect the connector.

(c) Rotate the ring nut in the direction indicated by the arrow, and remove the ring nut from the console panel.

(d) Remove the cigarette retainer from the console panel.
