(a) Disconnect the L38 clock connector.
(b) Disconnect the L10 meter connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance::

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT INSPECTION PROCEDURE SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE

3. CHECK VEHICLE SIGNAL (DISPLAY CHECK MODE)

(a) Enter the "Display Check" mode (Vehicle Signal Check Mode) See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Navigation System/Testing and

Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Navigation System (for HDD)/Display Check Mode.

(b) Check that the display changes between ON and OFF according to the light control switch operation.

HINT: This display is updated once per second. As a result, it is normal for the display to lag behind the actual change in the switch.
