the tire pressure warning valve and transmitter. If the use of lubricant is required when installing the bead, do not apply the lubricant directly to
the tire pressure warning valve and transmitter.

(e) Install the upper bead.

NOTE:
Make sure that the tire bead and tool do not interfere with the main body of the sensor and that the sensor is not clamped by the bead.

(f) Inflate the tire. If the valve nut is loose, retighten the nut to the specified torque and then check for air leaks with soapy water.

Torque: 4.0 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL

Torque: 119 to 161 Nm (1,213 to 1,642 kgf-cm, 88 to 119 ft-lbf)

3. INSTALL REAR WHEEL

Torque: 119 to 161 Nm (1,213 to 1,642 kgf-cm, 88 to 119 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL GROUND SPARE TIRE
5. INSPECT TIRE

(a) Inspect the tire See: Maintenance/Wheels and Tires/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics.

6. REGISTER TRANSMITTER ID

(a) Register the transmitter ID See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Registration.

7. INSPECT TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM

(a) Inspect the tire pressure warning system See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Registration.
