Standard resistance:

NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

10. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (STOP LIGHT SWITCH)

(a) Using the Techstream, read the Data List.

OK:
Condition sign can be displayed.
NG -- INSPECT STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
OK -- REPLACE LUGGAGE ROOM JUNCTION BLOCK (REAR JUNCTION BLOCK ECU)

11. INSPECT STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the stop light switch See: Brake Light Switch/Service and Repair/Removal.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard resistance:

NG -- REPLACE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.

12. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BATTERY - STOP LIGHT SWITCH)
