Installation

POWER SOURCE / WIRING: BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL BATTERY CURRENT SENSOR

(a) Insert the hook of the ground terminal through the battery current sensor's hole. Then attach the hook to the parts labeled A of the bracket.

(b) Hook the bracket onto the hole on the engine room body, and install the battery current sensor assembly with the bolt.

Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector to the battery current sensor assembly.

3. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Engine/Installation

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
5. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Installation
6. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
