Installation

AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the amplifier with the screw.
(b) Connect the 3 connectors.

2. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

3. INSTALL FRONT PASSENGER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and

Repair/Front Passenger Side Knee Airbag Assembly/Installation

4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL LOWER See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Air Bag/Service and Repair/Front Passenger Side Knee

5. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard /

6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and

8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

10. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH See: Starting and Charging/Charging System/Alternator/Service and Repair/Installation
11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION

(a) Perform initialization See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

NOTE:
Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

12. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic
