1UR-FSE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for AWD): REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

(a) Remove the engine and transmission See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Engine/Removal.

2. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 1)

(a) Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
(b) Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold LH.

3. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 2 Sensor 1)

(a) Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.
(b) Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold RH.

Installation

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR (for Bank 1 Sensor 1)

(a) Using SST, install the air fuel ratio sensor to the exhaust manifold LH.
