Fuel Door Release Actuator: Service and Repair
Installation

ENGINE HOOD / DOOR: FUEL LID OPENER MOTOR ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

HINT
A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart    See: Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/Standard
Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL FUEL LID MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connector.

(b) Install the fuel lid motor lock assembly with the 2 nuts.

for nut A - Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

for nut B - Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER ASSEMBLY LH   See: Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Spring/Service and

3. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE   See: Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Spring/Service and Repair/Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 2 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (w/o Rear Cooler)   See: Trunk / Liftgate/Trunk / Liftgate Spring/Service and

6. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER (w/ Rear Cooler)   See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Air Conditioning Unit (for Rear Side)/Installation
