Parking Brake Actuator: Service and Repair
Installation

PARKING BRAKE: ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR: INSTALLATION

1. APPLY HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE   See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

2. INSTALL ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the electric parking brake actuator with the 3 nuts.

Torque : 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)

(b) Install the 3 harness clamps to the member.

(c) Install the bolt and 5 nuts.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL NO. 1 PARKING BRAKE SHOE ASSEMBLY LH   See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Reassembly

4. INSTALL NO. 1 PARKING BRAKE SHOE ASSEMBLY RH
