After the engine switch is turned off, the display and navigation module display (HDD navigation system) records various types of
memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, be sure to wait for the time specified in the following table
before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
Waiting Time before Disconnecting Cable from Negative (-) Battery Terminal:

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning.
4. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY
(a) Detach the 3 claws and remove the cover.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the 2 tubes.
(c) Remove the 2 O-rings from the 2 tubes.
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)
(a) Remove the rear seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat Assembly (for Power
Seat)/Removal.
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)
(a) Remove the rear seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat Assembly (for
Ottoman)/Removal.
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Type)
(a) Remove the rear seat See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear Seat Assembly (for Fixed Seat
Type)/Removal.
8. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
(a) for Standard Body:
Remove the rear door scuff plate See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Roof Headlining (for Standard Body)/Removal.
