(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 4 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the cooler evaporator.

Compressor oil:

ND-OIL8 or equivalent

(b) Install the 2 O-rings on the evaporator.

(c) Install the 2 O-rings on the A/C tube.

(d) Install the expansion valve and A/C tube to the evaporator.

(e) Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, install the A/C tube with the 2 hexagon bolts.

Torque : 3.5 Nm (35 kgf-cm, 30 in-lbf)

3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONER THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY

NOTICE:
If reusing the evaporator, do not insert the sensor into a location where the sensor was previously inserted. Insert the sensor within
range C shown in the illustration.

(a) Install the sensor as shown in the illustration.

(b) Attach the clamp.
