SEAT: REAR POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback spring, seat adjuster and seat cushion spring may injure your hands.
NOTE: If the rear seat adjuster is inspected or replaced, or the initialization cancel operation is performed, the position sensor initialization
must be performed  See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Rear Power Seat Control System.
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart  See: Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/Standard Bolt -
Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH See: Service and Repair/Rear Seat Assembly (for Power

Seat)/Reassembly

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT INNER ASSEMBLY CENTER See: Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and Repair/Rear Seat

Inner Belt Assembly (for Power Seat)/Installation

3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH See: Service and Repair/Rear Seat Assembly (for Power Seat)/Reassembly

7. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the headrest adjuster.
(b) Install the 2 bolts.
(c) Connect the connector.
(d) Install the wire harness clamp.
