Installation

SEAT: AIR HOSE (for Ottoman): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart  See: Specifications/Mechanical Specifications/Standard Bolt -
Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL AIR HOSE

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the air hose.
(b) Install the 2 hose clamps and bolt.

(c) Attach the 2 claws to install the hose clamp.
(d) Attach the 2 claws to connect the air hose connector.

3. INSTALL ROOF SIDE NO. 2 AIR DUCT LH (w/ Rear Cooler) See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and

4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY See: Windows and Glass/Windows/Window Shade/Service and Repair/Rear Sunshade

5. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH RH See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH LH See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Installation

7. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Installation
