LS 600h V8-5.0L (2UR-FSE) Hybrid (2008)
(a) Connect the flexible hose with the union bolt (labeled A) and a new gasket.
Torque: 39 Nm (400 kgf-cm, 29 ft-lbf)
NOTE: Install the flexible hose lock securely in the lock hole in the disc brake caliper.
(b) Install the clamp bolt (labeled B).
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
(c) Connect the brake tube to the flexible hose with a union nut wrench while holding the flexible hose with a wrench.
without union nut wrench - Torque: 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf)
with union nut wrench - Torque: 14 Nm (145 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf)
NOTICE:
-
Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.).

The torque value for use with a union nut wrench is effective when the union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.

Do not bend or damage the brake tube.

Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake tube from the connecting points.
(d) Install the flexible hose with a new clip (labeled C).
NOTE: Securely install the clip.

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected See: Testing and

5. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH See: Starting and Charging/Battery
6. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
7. BLEEDING PRECAUTION
