Auxiliary Water Pump: Service and Repair
Installation

AIR CONDITIONING: HEATER WATER PUMP: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL HEATER WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the water pump with the 2 nuts.

Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the connector.
(c) Connect the 2 water hoses and install the 2 clips.

(d) Connect the 2 connectors to the oil pump driver ECU.

2. ADD ENGINE COOLANT See: Coolant/Service and Repair

3. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS See: Testing and Inspection/Cooling System

4. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Installation

5. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Installation

6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

7. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Installation

9. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Installation
