4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Removal

5. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Assembly/Removal

6. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT See: Coolant/Service and Repair

7. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY See: Thermostat/Service and Repair/Removal

8. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR PIPE See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Throttle Body/Service and

Repair/Removal

9. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal

10. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE See: Thermostat/Service and Repair/Removal

11. DISCONNECT WATER HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the water hose.

12. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS

(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the wire harness.

13. DISCONNECT NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

(a) Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose.

14. DISCONNECT WATER INLET HOSE
