(a) Install the instrument panel reinforcement with spacer.
(b) Using a T40 "TORX" socket, install the 2 "TORX" bolts (passenger side) and 3 bolts (driver side).

Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(c) Passenger side:

Using a 12 mm hexagon wrench, install the 2 collars.

Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(d) Install the 9 bolts and 2 screws.

(e) Install the ground wires and junction block with the bolts and nuts.
(f) Attach the clamps and connectors to the wire harness.

3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield wiper motor See: Wiper and Washer Systems/Wiper Motor/Service and Repair/Installation.

4. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the steering column See: Steering and Suspension/Steering/Steering Column/Service and Repair/Installation.
