(a) Install the rear door scuff plate See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Headliner/Service and Repair/Installation.

29. INSTALL COOLING BOX ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the cooling box with the 6 bolts.

Torque: 9.8 Nm (100 kgf-cm, 87 in-lbf)

NOTE: Do not damage the packing.

(b) Connect the connector.

30. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

(a) Install the rear seat assembly See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seat Assembly (for Power Seat)/Installation.

31. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman)

(a) Install the rear seat assembly See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seat Assembly (for Ottoman)/Installation.

32. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)

(a) Install the rear seat assembly See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Rear Seat Assembly (for Fixed Seat Type)/Installation.

33. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected  See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

34. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH  See: Starting and Charging/Battery

35. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

36. ADD COMPRESSOR OIL See: Service and Repair

37. CHARGE REFRIGERANT
38. WARM UP ENGINE
39. CHECK FOR REFRIGERANT GAS LEAK See: Service and Repair

40. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light See: Restraint Systems/Air Bag Systems/Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic
