(a) Install the condenser to the HV battery with the bolt.

Torque: 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

2. INSTALL NO. 2 HV BATTERY PACK WIRE

CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.

(a) Connect the 3 connectors, 2 clamps and install the No. 2 HV battery wire to the HV battery.

NOTE: If the wire harness clamp is damaged, replace it with a new one.

4. INSTALL HV BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY See: Power Control System/System Main Relay, Hybrid Drive/Service and

5. INSTALL HV BATTERY TERMINAL BLOCK See: Power Control System/System Main Relay, Hybrid Drive/Service and Repair/Installation

6. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONVERTER See: Power Control System/Voltage Converter/Service and Repair/Hybrid Vehicle

Converter/Installation

7. INSTALL UPPER HV BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.

(a) Install the upper HV battery cover sub-assembly to the HV battery with the 5 nuts and bolt.

Torque: 7.5 Nm (77 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf)

8. INSTALL CONDENSER

CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.
