1. INSTALL DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the connector.

NOTE: When handling the airbag connector, take care not to damage the airbag wire harness.

(b) Attach the clip to install the driver side knee airbag.
(c) Install the 4 bolts.

Torque: 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf)

(d) Attach the claw to install the lock lever.
(e) Install the control cable.

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument

7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected  See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Repair Instruction - Initialization.

8. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH See: Starting and Charging/Battery

9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

10. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

(a) Check the SRS warning light See: Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Initialization.
