REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

Assembly/Removal

2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER  RH See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine

Assembly/Removal

3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Engine Assembly/Removal

4. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Radiator/Service and Repair/Removal

5. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Grille/Service and Repair/Removal

6. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY See: Distance Sensor/Service and Repair/Removal

7. REMOVE HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE COVER

(a) Remove the 3 screws.
(b) Detach the claw and remove the cover.

8. REMOVE FRONT FENDER PROTECTOR UPPER LH See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Hood/Hood Latch Release Cable/Service

and Repair/Removal

9. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the cap.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and nut.
(c) Disconnect the hood lock control cable and remove the hood lock.
